Service and use

Using CVFit means you agree to these terms. CVFit provides resume editing and export, matching, job discovery, application management and AI assistance. Features depend on availability. Results and suggestions are informational, not professional recruitment, legal or career advice, and do not guarantee screening success, interviews or employment.

Accounts and your content

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and submit only content you are entitled to use and process. You retain your rights in your content and permit CVFit to process it to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful content, others’ secrets or unnecessary sensitive information.

AI and third-party services

AI outputs, structure detection and automated redaction can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review facts, formatting and suggestions before using them. AI structure checking is optional for each re-import; editing and export do not require it. Assistant writes require confirmation: check the target and proposed content before approving. Updating an application status inside CVFit does not apply to an employer.

Verified accounts can try eight Assistant replies while platform AI is available; this allowance does not reset daily. Tool calls within a reply do not count separately. A message counts once when answer text or a suggestion card starts being provided; stopping, disconnecting or a later failure does not restore that message. Failures or stops before any such output release the allowance. After the trial, you may connect your own API where personal providers are enabled. No subscription or payment starts automatically. Existing administrator and authorized access remains separate. If you connect your own API, you are responsible for its account, charges, model permissions and terms. External AI, email, challenge, search and recruitment services are operated by their providers with separate terms and availability. Jobs may expire; an accessible link does not confirm active recruitment. Verify details with the employer or platform before applying. Paid conditions apply only when clearly presented and separately accepted for a purchase; these terms do not automatically enable billing.

Acceptable use and changes to the service

Do not access others’ data, bypass security or quotas, send abusive requests, distribute malicious content or disrupt the service. CVFit may restrict relevant requests or suspend features for security, maintenance or abuse prevention. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Keep copies of important documents.

Support and feedback

Signed-in users may submit tickets when in-app feedback is available. If you cannot sign in, use Login help or contact support@cvfit.online. A receipt confirms a recorded submission, not a response deadline, fix or outcome, and is not a public ticket lookup. Administrator status updates do not automatically notify you. Privacy and account requests are handled after verifying necessary details.

Deletion and your rights

Account deletion removes associated workspace data and feedback still linked to the account; signing in again cannot undo it. Sent emails, downloaded exports, third-party copies and backups have separate handling boundaries described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Availability and outcome qualifications apply only to the extent the law permits.

Updates

Material changes will be described here with an updated date, without retrospectively removing existing statutory rights. Contact support with questions. If you disagree with later terms, you may stop using the service and export or delete your data.
