How it works

  1. 01

    Save the application copy

Save your analyzed resume and full job description together. Recommended jobs can also be added to your Tracker.

  2. 02

    Update the status

Record progress as it happens. Timeline entries show the previous and next status with their recorded time.

  3. 03

    Return with context

Open the saved copy, continue editing the draft, add notes or use the application’s interview questions.

Your draft and saved copy have different jobs

Keep refining your resume in Work Studio while Tracker retains the last copy you explicitly saved. Re-analysis does not replace that saved record. When ready, save the score, job details and CV version together.

Status history you can read

Timeline records new status changes, including a move back to an earlier stage. Repeating the same status does not create another event. Older applications are marked when history recording begins, without inventing past dates.

Common questions

Does saving a role submit an application?

No. You submit through the employer’s process and update your Tracker status yourself. CVFit organizes the record; it does not apply on your behalf.

Can I see every old version of an application?

Tracker shows its latest saved analysis copy and its recorded status timeline. It is not a complete archive of every past application snapshot. Resume version history is managed separately in Work Studio.

Is my application data public?

Application records and resume workspaces require sign-in and ownership checks. These public pages describe the tools; they do not expose user applications.
